Things to do before a big sports game!

When playing a competitive sports it is always good to be prepared well before hand. Here are a list of things to do:

1. Plan: always plans your days before a game. Make sure you everything is organized and you don’t forget to do thing beforehand.
2. Practice: practice makes perfect so it is always good to do this. Remember there is always room for improvement.
3. Exercise: always good to do stretches before a game.
4. Don’t over work: overworking yourself is a terrible idea. Everyone get tired so take a break.
5. Relax: after a nice long practice it is good to relax your body. Stuff like take a shower, listen to music or watching television are all ways you can relax. Most importantly do whatever it take to relax you.
6. Eat healthy: Eating healthy give your body the nutrients it needs. Avoid junk food at all costs.
7. Get rest: Remember to have a nice long nap before the game. So go the bed early.

These are some of the thing that are very important to do before a big game. I hope you take this advice.
